I’m Renee. I’m in my 60s, I’ve been where you are, and I’ve been coaching women through this since 2016.

Here’s what I’ve learned: the weight isn’t really about the food. It’s about the stress eating at 9 PM. The exhaustion that kills your willpower. The hormonal chaos nobody warned you about. The emotional patterns you’ve carried for decades.

I don’t hand you a meal plan and wish you luck. We dig into what’s actually driving the cycle — together. The late-night cravings, the 3 AM wake-ups, the ‘I’m doing everything right and nothing’s working’ frustration. We figure it out.

Once a month, women from all over the country hop on a call to check in, share wins, talk through setbacks, and keep the momentum going. Think of it as your monthly tune-up.

This is perfect if you’ve finished coaching and want ongoing community, or if you’re not ready for coaching but want to start somewhere.

No prep required. Just show up as you are.


Wellness Parties

You bring the living room (or the office break room, or the church hall). I bring a fun, eye-opening mini workshop on a topic your group cares about — sleep, stress eating, fasting, navigating menopause, or aging with energy.

Think Pampered Chef, but instead of cookware, your friends walk away with real strategies they can use that night.
