Something Small
Imagine this. I'm sitting with a client in my office.
She has a lot going on in her life. It's complicated.
I just let her talk. And talk and talk.
I can see that her situation is causing a lot of stress.
It's affecting her whole life
her movement
her food choices
her sleep
her weight
her sense of self
Her relationships
